Dear Gazala
The net and web will help you best! In the UK, the model are ‘credit unions’. Grameen Bank is effectively a ‘credit union’, but combined with that model of forming small groups so that members can help each other.
Credit unions are banks where people save together so that those who need credit can borrow. I.e. they do healthy, proper, responsible banking.
Hope that helps!
