The Case Against Social Enterprise is an elaborate version on the powers behind seemingly good intentions. Produced in 2005 by Dr. Steve Schofield, this paper is extremely well written and highly significant in the context of creating, fostering and financing social businesses the way that Dr. Yunus envisages them as a way to influence the future of capitalism.
