Expanding Dr. Yunus' Sphere of Influence

On Wednesday I attended a meeting of the London Accord – 19 eminent City organisations convened by Zyen and his director Michael Mainelli to investigate climate change in the City.

Michael hugged me to thank me for the book: he knew of Yunus and had proposed to use the subtitle for a conference in Monaco that he will chair.

I also met Alice Chapple from the Forum for the Future who took up my public question. I asked what is needed to increase the sense of urgency in the City so that ‘social business’ could become the third way between ‘business as usual’ and ‘philanthropic investment’.
